About Me

I’m Ellie, a hair extension specialist and educator with over 12 years in the hair industry and 7 years specialising exclusively in extensions. I’ve built two fully booked clienteles from scratch in two completely different locations, then went on to build a training academy from zero to award-winning in under a year. I hold a degree in Education Studies and Sociology, a Level 3 AET qualification, and I’m proud to run an ABT-accredited training academy. In 2025, ELRAE Hair Academy was awarded Hair Extension Training Academy of the Year at the UK Beauty Awards. Everything I teach, both online and in person, is built on real experience, proven systems, and a deep understanding of how people actually learn and build successful businesses, not just how to fit hair
